| Water, as fundamental natural resource and strategic economic resource, is a controlling factor of ecology and environment. The sustainable exploitation and utilization of the water resources must be realized by means of rational exploitation, high efficient utilization, comprehensive control, optimizing deployment, overall economizing, effective protection and scientific management.As a big province of population, agriculture and economy, Shandong province is facing some problems such as water shortage, conflict of water supply and demand and flood and drought disasters. In order to relieve these problems, taking Huangshui River Basin of Long Kou as an example this paper studys conjunctive operation of surface water and ground water. Huangshui River Basin is located at the north of Shandong Peninsula. Its basin area is 1034.47km2. In the basin, water resources are shortage and uneven distribution, and the variation of precipitation during years is very large, it is necessary to carry out conjunctive operation. The numerical simulation model of groundwater flow is established under the premise of making full use of the existing hydraulic project.Then conjunctive operation of surface water and ground water is carried out by this model of groundwater flow. The surface water and groundwater is linked by rivers and recharge measures. Specific research contents and results of this paper are as follows:1. This paper introduces the general situation of Huangshui River Basin. It includes geographical location, meteorological and hydrological conditions, hydro-geological conditions, dynamic changes of groundwater, water conservancy and characteristics of water resources. It is necessary to carry out the conjunctive operation of surface water and groundwater by analyzing the characteristics of meteorological, hydrological conditions and water resources. In addition, from the hydrological and geological conditions, changes of groundwater dynamics and the hydraulic conditions of Huangshui River Basin, we can obtain that it is feasible to carry out the conjunctive operation of surface water and groundwater.2. It introduces the basic situation of Wangwu reservoir, and calculates the amount of water in Wangwu reservoir by P-III-type curve. The amounts of water are 42.063 million m3, 20.115 million m3, 9.2597 million m3 and 112.00127 million m3 under the different frequencies (50%, 75%, 90%, 10%) which typical years are 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007. And then decide the water supply line of agriculture, water supply restriction line of agriculture, storage capacity limit line and so on using the method of series inverse calculation, establish regulation schemes for different frequency under the limit of scheduling curves.3. Visual Modflow 4.2 is adopted to set up the groundwater numerical model of Huangshui River Basin. And then make the exploitate program by the extraction-limit line of groundwater, water supply limit lines of agriculture which are made by the model. Both the water amount and controlling of the ground water table have been taken into account, and achieve the most stringent management of water resources.4. The conjunctive operation of surface water and groundwater of Huangshui River Basin is established using the numerical simulation model of groundwater flow. According to calculation results of Wangwu reservoir in Chapter 3 and the extraction program of groundwater in Chapter 4, the conjunctive operation programs in a flat-water year and"two dry and an abundant"are developed. The results are that the water amount in two consecutive dry years is more exploitated 9.181 million m3 than before, while there are 35.356 million m3 water discharged into groundwater in the flood year. And it has solved some problem of water shortage in dry years and waste water in flood years to a certain degree. |
