Therefore, the building layout of library should be open, building gestures also should be open, it should create a friendly, open interface, abandon tall, closed walls and partitions, providing sitting outside space with rich type and pleasant scale, and setting barrier-free facilities for the elderly, children and people with disabilities.The open concept of library building reflects the universal truth that "things are interrelated", changing the closed, isolated existence of library building to a more open and inclusive attitude to accept public cultural life, It not only embodies the university of contact but also in line with development law of the library building itself.The existence of things, the development are interdependent and raw, urban space and architectural space also need to integrate with each other, urban and architectural development needs to maintain a kind of alternate, each change, the coexistence of dynamic equilibrium relationship.
