Piled raft foundation is widely used in high-rise buildings. The superstructure, foundation and soil is a unified organic whole, interrelate and influence each other. Currently the research on the interaction of high-rise buildings'piled raft foundation have achieved some results. But piled raft foundation of high-rise buildings is a very complex system which involving many factors on the interaction research. It is not clear enough understanding of the interaction mechanism. So it is necessary to do further research.In this paper, the research results of piled raft foundation and interaction theory at home and abroad have been systematically summarized. Based on a deep understanding of interaction mechanism, analysis method and theory, using ANSYS finite element program, through establishing the three-dimensional elastoplastic finite element anslysis model of supperstructure- piled raft foundation-soil for the interaction analysis. Major research as follows:â‘ Using ANSYS to do the three-dimensional elastoplastic calculation and analysis of supperstructure- piled raft foundation-soil, research the characteristics of stress and settlement, summarize the change of piled raft foundation's stress and settlement with influence factors.â‘¡Summarize pile group effect, pile cap effect and design concept of composite pile foundation from the results of numerical simulation. Calculate pile cap effect coefficient, compare with the code of pile foundation, anslyse the influencing factors.â‘¢Considering each factor which influence the foundation moment and differential settlement, based on no change in supperstructure and engineering geological conditions, finding the optimal method to control differential settlement of piled raft foundation. Described the principle and steps of variable rigidity design.â‘£Combining the above analysis work, summarize conceptual design of pile foundation. Using JCCAD to do the interaction design of an engineering example, how to realize the code of pile foundation and variable rigidity design in JCCAD will be emphatically introduced.
