In order to ensure the high-strength of CFRP materials take full effect, and to resolve many problems and defects of the commonly pasting the CFRP sheet, the best way is prestressing the CFRP materials to form a CFRP prestressing system similar to external prestressing system and utilize in the reinforcement project. This discussion group focuses on developing a set of CFRP plate prestressing system used in the field of structural reinforcement. This paper is a preliminary study of this subject, mainly through experimental study and finite element analysis to design the anchoring device of prestressing CRRP boards, which can meet the practical requirements. On the basis of a comprehensive study of the informed experimental researches and theoretical results, two reasonable and effective anchoring mechanisms have been identified: common mounted steel plate and mounted steel plate with bolts, and the anchoring devices have been preliminary designed. Through the experimental study and finite element simulation, one understand the anchorage mechanism of anchoring devices. The parameters of impact elements are analyzed to find out their influential regulation of the shear properties of the concrete components which have near-surface mounted the steel plate.By analysis of the test results and finite element simulation, one got the following conclusions:â‘ Common mounted steel plate got a higher ultimate shear capacity, the failure mode is tensile and shear fracture of the concrete, which is brittle failure.â‘¡Bolts and concrete can be shared together, ultimate shear capacity and ductility are greatly improved.â‘¢The influential regulation of the shear performance of surface mounted steel plate is obtained by the impact elements such as concrete strength, plate length, plate width, plate thickness, adhesive elastic modulus and adhesive layer thickness.â‘£The grade of concrete and steel plate length has little effect on the distribution of concrete surface shear stress. These conclusions obtained by the test results and finite element analysis, which is the explanation of the anchor mechanism, the mechanical characteristics of the internal adhesive, and the distribution of the concrete shear stress. They have drawn the essence of the issue, and can accurately explain the experimental phenomena and the damage theory. I hope this paper can supply important experimental and theoretical basis for further research.
