Contemporary resource and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent, and the men posed a severe challenge, the sustainable development strategy has become the mainstream awareness of the world development. The people are seeking for how to reduce the later operating cost of long and large tunnel in tunnel engineering, so in the long and large tunnel, optimization adjusting of ventilation network and optimization of air flow distribution are being more and more concerned. Based on the "Study on the physical model test of HK-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Undersea Tunnel ventilation system" subject, semi-transverse ventilation network, this paper has calculated and analyzed the nature split wind and ventilation network optimization adjusting of the undersea tunnel semi-transverse ventilation network, it also has summarized a number of laws on the optimization adjusting of ventilation network.. First, this paper computed and analyzed the ventilation demand of HK-Zhuhai-Macau bridge undersea tunnel by using Euro-2 auto emission standard and the formula provided by the PIARC new report "Road Tunnels:Vehicle Emissions and Air Demand for Ventilation" in 2004, and calculated the air volume limit of the main tunnel branch in the ventilation network graph. This paper has written calculation and optimization adjusting program of tunnel ventilation network. The program calculates the ventilation network by the Scott-Hang Thresher Method, and calculates optimization adjusting of ventilation network by node pressure analysis (Critical Path Method).With the calculation and optimization adjusting program of tunnel ventilation network, it can calculate out the maximal resistance route, and get the optimum adjustment parameter after the air volume be determined, minimize the total power of the ventilation.
