Study Of A High-speed Filter With Fiber Filler

Fiber filter with its excellent performance and the "ideal filter layer" of bed structure, in practical applications show a huge advantage, and gained rapid development.Papers for the national high-speed fiber filter patent targeted by the Siphon Filter by transforming into the fiber filter of a different initial flux rate under the filter, filter backwash cycle and the characteristic data of the study, discusses fiber performance advantages of high-speed pool filtration, filtration and backwash given the conditions of operating conditions.The results show that high-speed fiber filter pool filter and backwashing characteristics, the contrast has been widely used in quartz sand filter, all have obvious technical advantages:(1) The fast filtering speed of fiber filter could reach 20m / h, more than 3 times of quartz sand filter; filter backwash cycle was more than 20 hours at different filtering speed(2) The influent average turbidity of the fiber filter system was under 0.3 NTU, and the reduction was 96%.(3) The backwashing conditions of fiber filter system were: water 12.5L/m2.s,air 15L/m2.s,the backwashing was totally and waste water was limit, it can maked the fiber filter system operation stable for long-term .Finally analysis of the traditional fiber filter quartz sand filter to change the feasibility of fiber filter system,to provide economic and technical information for the engineering sector.
