High-power direct drive wind power system is the most practical prospects one of the wind power generation systems. generator runs in a wide speed range in the system control program,no gear box,no electrical excitation device and achieved active and reactive power flexible control. This paper focus on direct drive wind power system in parallel pairs of PWM inverter and its circulation control technology.This paper firstly describes the basic structure of the high-power wind converter system,then proposes two level control strategy.while the machine side layer completes real-time data sampling, power closed-loop operation, the current closed-loop operation and the PWM modulation, the net side layer carrys out real-time data sampling, the current inner loop operation and PWM modulation,converter controller carrys on DC voltage sampling, voltage closed-loop operation, two control parameters achieves double-loop control through the CAN bus,Then,for the characteristics of direct drive wind power system converter circuit, deeply studys the existing circulation problems, obtaining the three-phase back to back change converter in the direct drive wind power converter parallel operation connected to the six-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor fundamentally inhibitting the etitting of the circulation problems from the topology.mainly the existence of zero-sequence circulation in total-bus converter, so need toimprove SVPWM inverter control method,proposed to a SVPWM inverter control method with the suppression of circulation.Then study a master-slave parallel converter control strategy, the program achieves the synchronized control and flow control of the parallel operating converters through the stability and speed data transfer on the CAN bus without the additional cable plus. Control system is simulatted in MATLAB/SIMULINK platform, the simulation results show that the control method is true.Finally, this paper gives the implementation method of hardware and software based on the CAN bus power converter,2-layer controller achieves through the DSP control board,passing parameters through the CAN bus.The optical interface circuit,IGBT driver circuit,communications interface circuits,power supply and reset circuit are given. by detail.the synchronized control and flow control of converters in parallel based on the CAN bus are discussed. The rotor-side PWM converter and the network side of the main PWM converter control program is given and introduced the DSP-based Digital implementation of SVPWM method.
