| Energy problems, environmental problems, ecological problems gradually become the focus of attention. In recent years, affected by the sustainable ideas, more and more people realize that the reconstruction of the old building is a more sustainable approach than been removed and wasted.Yet reconstructing the old buildings avoids wasting the resources and bringing about environmental pollution caused by re-evaluating and breaking, but in the real life there are more energy consumption and environmental pollution problems. Therefore, the reconstruction of the old industrial building should be based on the climate factors, and through ecological thinking and designing on the transformation period, make the economy and ecology of the ecological reconstruction to be unified.This study focuses on the ecological strategies of old industrial buildings. In allusion to each link of the old industrial buildings transformation process, this study is analyzed from the ecological view, and puts forward a series of ecological strategies. This paper is divided into three parts:The first part consists of the first chapter to the third chapter. First, this part proposes the research topic, introduces some correlationtheories of the old industrial construction and ecological reconstruction, then analyses the necessity and the existing problems of ecological reconstruction on old industrial buildings, and introduces the factors and related technical method influencing ecological reconstruction of old industrial buildings. The above mentioned prepare theory research and practice for the study of the core strategy.The second part is the fourth chapter. This is the core part of this system, introducing the strategies of ecological reconstruction on the old industrial buildings. Study each aspect from the survey and planning, ecological reconstruction design, operation, maintenance and construction, participating personnel. In the paper, according to the specific transformation from each link to the whole life cycle, from the macroscopic strategy to specific technical strategy to analysis, and finally sums up the main strategies of the ecological reconstruction on old industrial building.The third part consists of the fifth chapter and the conclusion. This part analysis the current difficulties of ecological reconstruction on the old industrial buildings in China, and puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions to solutions to the problems. Finally, making a conclusion to all the parts, prospects the future of ecological reconstruction to old industrial buildings, and further explores the value of its ecological reconstruction.The study provides a new perspective to the construction of old industrial buildings, advocates combinating ecological theory thinking to old industrial building construction, giving a new life to the old industrial buildings. We have reason to believe that only through the rational cognition and reasonably of ecological reconstruction on old industrial building, legitimately reconstructed and reused the old buildings, can give the old building a long-term life and adapt to the changing demand. |
