With the development of science technology and traffic enterprise, the prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge has been growing up rapidly in the recent years with it's unique predominance of handy construction, economical cost, reasonable internal force and comfortable traveling. But the theories and experience in it are not very perfect because of it's short appearance. In our country, one of the main problems of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridges is excessive mid-span deflection. So, it's quite necessary to study how to control deflection of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridges. The weight of the modern prestressed concrete structure in a large proportion of the total load, and the weight proportion increase with the growing span. The structural weight, the prestressing effect, the loss of the prestess , creep , shrinkage, temperature, humidity, live load, foundation settlement , compression of support system ,and other factors make a great contribution to deflection .so, it's very important to design beam deflection of the body precisely and set a reasonable pre-camber of the bridge into an appearance linear and comfortable vehicular ones. This paper analyzed the deflection of the continuous beam bridge from structural weight and prestressed, time effect, live load, foundation settlement, compression of support system. In the last part of the article, pre-camber settings are demonstrated through the engineering example of full house bracket construction for continuous girder bridge, in order to provide the basis for the construction control. |
