This paper discusses the results of some studies of the theory of bridge's seismic response analysis, and introduce the three geometric nonlinearities of cable-stayed bridge. Nonlineariites can be due to: (1) changes in the geometry of the cables subjected to tension changes(known as the sag effect); (2) axial force-bending moment interaciton in the bridge deck and towers;and(3)change of the bridge geometry due to large displacements. The engineering design case about a cable-stayed bridge with three towers is investigated in this paper,by the great FEM analysis software Midas, to create the dynamic calculation model. Employing Midas performe seismic responses analysis of geometric nonlinearities of cable-stayed bridges with three towers. The first, this paper analyse dynamic characteristic of cable-stayed bridge with three towers. In the second step, spectrum analysis is done to cable-stayed bridges with three towers. In the three step, the dynamic time-history analysis of this cable-stayed bridge has been finished. This paper analyse the time-domain responses under EL-Centro's wave of cable-stayed bridges with three towers. This paper analyse response under seismic loading in three-dimensional vibration, the displacement by the tower and the tower when the process end moments and axial force time histories. Through the three pagodas of each arch tower cable-stayed bridge girder beam and consider the set between the two lead-seismic rubber bearings, to set six lead-seismic rubber bearings, to analyze the damping effects of cable-stayed bridge. This paper compare with the time-domain response of vibration between original structure and setting Lead Rubber bears. This paper performe nonlinear analysis of seismic responses through considering pile - soil interaction. Some research results in this thesis are concluded, and the problems of further research are indicated.
