As the development of the economy and the improvement of people's living standards,people's demands to the degree of thermal comfort inside the room is increasing. Traditional control method which only selects temperature as a control parameter is very rough. It can not meet people's needs. The factors which impact on human thermal comfort ,have a relationship not only with the physical environmental factors, but also with the human physiological factors. The former mainly includes temperature,humidity,wind speed and average radiation temperature,and so on, and the latter mainly includes the human body clothing thermal resistance and metabolic rate. The hot and cold feeling to the room environment of the human body is the combined result of these factors. In addition,the current energy is more and more tense, so people's awareness of energy saving is increasing.Central air-conditioning is required not only to satisfy people's pursuit of comfort,but also to reduce energy consumption to meet the people's dream, so that they can achieve a harmony and unity state. Central air-conditioning is a time delay, multi-variable coupled nonlinear systems.Using the traditional PID control can not reach people's requirements in comfort and energy efficiency,thus the thermal comfort index control is introduced,which has been fully proved to be correct.This paper selects PMV as thermal comfort index.Charging it directly as a parameter,central air-conditioning actuator can make corresponding adjustments directly according to the changes in people's thermal sensation.This can let air-conditioned room maintain thermal comfort state.PMV combines six factors which affect human thermal comfort .As long as the room in a state of thermal comfort, we can easily adjust the combination of the six factors.Try to find a way for central air-conditioning system with the lowest energy state,which provides a theoretical support that thermal comfort control will save energy. The last example of validation in this paper provides that this control method does save energy.we calculate the PMV values using the neural network training way in this paper,avoiding the complex formulas and complex iterative,and getting more precise value.we select fuzzy control as control strategy.This control method does not rely on the mathematical model of controlled object,and it has the advantages of high robustness ,good dynamic response ,short rising time,small surplus.In Simulation Comparison with the PID control,the design of the fuzzy controller in this page does have better performance.The last example shows that it has reached the effect of comfort and energy saving, and it has achieved the harmony of comfort and energy efficiency.
