Study On Design Of Outdoor Space Environment For Townhouse In Harbin City

With the economic development and improvement of living, the quality of outdoor environment has been pursued instead of indoor decoration. Because of its advantages, town house meets the demand of residents. In recent years, there are a lot of town house projects constructed in the suburb including Songbei district. But a lot of problems are caused by the construction of town house due to regional condition and deficiency of design experience. So how to improve the outdoor environment quality and create comfortable, pleasantly environment of town house is worth studying.Taking outdoor spacial environment of town house as research object, some factors which influence the outdoor spacial environment in Harbin are found out, which includes climate factors, less obvious regional features and inharmonious landscape, using the method of field investigation, data collection and system analysis. Based on the design theory and principles, optimization measures is put forward. Conclusions are drawn as follows:Outdoor spacial environment of town house has following spacial characteristics which include two dimension space, multilevel and different spacial feature. There are private space, semi private space, semi public space and public space. And pleasant spacial environment design conditions is set up.The general principles of outdoor space for town house include spatial hierarchy, distance accessibility, field multifunction and transportation convenience, etc.The countermeasures include: (1) Building layout is reasonably planned and umbriferous area should be reduced; the distance between buildings should be controlled in order to ensure ample outdoor space; the space of indoor and outdoor should be constructed in the exit of public buildings for more activity space in Winter.(2) Some of public places should be paved by hard materials, the windbreak should be set to counter wind direction in winter and the wind environment should be improved by buildings, fences and green belts, snow and ice sculptures should be set to provide entertainment for people and represent regional features; the center ground should be reasonably constructed in order to satisfy outdoor sports; the margin of town house should be paid more attention. (3) The driveway and pavement should be design respectively to ensure the safety of residents; the road should be constructed in the circular wind area of the district; the pavement can be set to the style of broader eastern road and narrower road in order to provide comfort in winter and help to clean out the snow. (4) More cold-resistance species should be cultivated; the enjoyment of plant should be taken more consideration. The water ecological landscape should be small and fine, its layout should be adopted by point and line style, the artificial wetland should be built by the collection of rain. The environment embellishments and public facilities of town house should be constructed combing with other landscapes and its interest and recognition should be enhanced.The conclusion that the climate factor, building factor and culture factor are fully considered in the construction outdoor spacial environment for town house is drawn. Based on the study, outdoor spacial environment is designed. The theme of garden, ecology and intelligence and the layout of one axis and multiple level are adopt. By optimistically designing of buildings, ground,road, transportation and landscape, the objective of outdoor space for town house is reached, which is composed of natural ecologic environment and culture connotation, harmonious neighborhood and plentiful recreation.This study can provide references for outdoor spatial environment design of town house.
