It is longer than 100 years when drilling and blasting method was used for concrete excavation of cave and tunnel inside mountain,and it is extensive used for subsea tunnel excavation.This method is also used in the first undersea tunnel of our country-Xiamen Xiang,an subsea tunnel.In this paper,mainly research the construction of A1 bid sectionin Xiamen Xiang,an subsea tunnel,propose working schemes each for hard rock section and decomposed rock section, and research the influence of undersea blasting vibration effected on excavation disturbed.Because of the complex lithology, research the explosion action of rockmass through model test in this paper , according to similarity principle.Dynamic strain tester is used to test the blasting strain wave,in order to analyse decay rule; Portable Ultrasonic Non-destructive testing instrument is used to test injuries after blasting,and ascertain the reasonable blasting parameters,choose the reasonable loading dose,charging structure,charge mode according to the experimental result.On-site monitorin of tunnel surrounding rock loose ring was done after blasting,the result of On-site monitorin and the result of numerical simulation are accordant ; through the measurement of surrounding rock,do the hoop and portrait direction comparison,verify the existing control strategy is feasible; through the Blasting Vibration Testing and surrounding rock deformation monitoring,prove the existing timbering shoring is feasible. |
