Automobile detection is the activity of inspection or measurement to determine the status of automotive technology or the ability. In the cause of use car, with the lengthen of use time (or the increase of the mileage), its parts is gradually worn, corrode, deformed, aged and as a result, performance of automotive technology is decreased due to the larger vice gap, vibration, sound, leakage, oil spills, etc. therefore, it is necessary to car for the regular or irregular detection to ensure the good security, reliability, power, economy, exhaust and noise pollution of purification of vehicle. Vehicle detection station is the premise or service of automobile detection and diagnosis by the use of modern detection techniques.Recently, with the rapid development of economic and the rapid increase of the car ownership, the demand for automobile detection is increasing. On the one hand, this is provide the new opportunity for the construction of the new detection station, on the other hand, this brings more problems and challenges for the vehicle detection station planning and management. Therefore, there is the need to introduce the construction and planning issues of vehicle detection station. This is not only the necessary requirement to meet the objective needs of automobile detection, but also the necessary requirement to protect reasonable construction of the vehicle detection station.In this paper, based on the extensive reading of relevant literature, the meaning and significance of site planning of vehicle detection station is presented, in addition, the main factors, principles, major steps and optimization model of the location of vehicle detection station is introduced systematically and thoroughly. The main contents will be described as follows:1) Research status of vehicle detection technology and detection station construction plan at home and abroad is reviewed.First of all, the research background and significance of this paper is described, secondly, research status in this field at home and abroad is summarized, and at last, the meaning and significance of location problem in the construction of vehicle detection station is described. 2) The main factors and principles of the location of the vehicle detection station are analyzed.First of all, classification of the function of vehicle inspection stations are pretended, the role of vehicle detection station in the operation of the production system of the vehicle detection is systematically described, secondly, the main factors of the location of the vehicle detection station is analyzed in detail, including market demand factors, economic and technical factors, natural resources factors and social and environmental factors etc. In addition, based on the above influence factors, principles of the location of the vehicle detection station is discussed deeply, and at last, the main steps of the location of the vehicle detection station is analyzed. All in all, the above study lays the foundation for establishing the location model of vehicle detection station.3) Deterministic optimization model of the location of the vehicle detection station is established.First of all, the composition of location planning model of vehicle inspection station is presented briefly. The assumptions and typical parameters of location model of vehicle inspection station are described. Secondly, considering the real conditions of the vehicle detection business users and vehicle detection enterprise, deterministic optimization model of location of the vehicle detection station with the target of the lowest total cost of the user and the some profits of vehicle detection enterprise is established. Finally, according to the site selection region whether the existence of constraints, two kinds of deterministic optimization model of the location of the vehicle detection station are established, namely, unconstrained deterministic optimization model of the location problem and constrained deterministic optimization model of the location problem. In addition, their algorithms are designed and solution results are also discussed.4) Random optimization model of the location of the vehicle detection station is established.First of all, taking into account the impact of random factors in the vehicle station location problem, random optimization model of the location of the vehicle detection station is established. Secondly, two kinds of random optimization model of the location of the vehicle detection station are established, namely, unconstrained deterministic optimization model of the location problem and constrained deterministic optimization model of the location problem. Finally, their algorithms are designed and solution results are also discussed.In short, vehicle detection station location problem is discussed in details, the above research provides the guidance for the actual location decisions.
