The study of settlement of shallow tunnels city laws and its control technology has important theoretical and practical value. This paper relys on Xi'an subway line tunnel through the Chang'an road overpass projects. Through theoretical analysis, FLAC numerical simulation And on-site monitoring, studying the surface settlement of Shallow Tunnel in the city.provides the reasonable measures to control ground settlement For the actual project, Main contents and conclusions are:(1)Studing the effects of Shallow tunnel factors of ground and surface characteristics of settlement. Influential factorsof the underground tunnel surface settlement include soil characteristics, groundwater, depth, deformation caused by tunnel excavation adjacent superposition, construction method, excavation footage, construction speed and lining type. Surface subsidence has a significant effect of time and space. Surface subsidence can be divided into advanced stage, rapid deformation stage, slow deformation stage and stable deformation stage.(2)There will be no advanced support and facilities add shed big tube small pipe grouting ahead of the two to be adopted as the tunnel excavation program, FLAC3D method with two tunnel excavation process is simulated.According to the simulation results FLAC, Identify advanced support for the construction program. Predicting the surface deformation using FLAC Simulation results. proposeing tube cote plus advanced small pipe joint grouting and steel grid construction method for the Chang-an interchange tunnel deformation of surface subsidence control measures.(3)Completeing the tunnel and the tunnel ground deformation monitoring program design and on-site monitoring. Monitoring data shows that the tunnel convergence of left-lane tunnel clearance, dome subsidence monitoring project monitoring standards are less than the maximum. FLAC Simulation of field monitoring data and predicted results are in agreement, Description FLAC simulation results are reasonable, determine the tunnel excavation surface settlement programs and control measures are feasible and safe.
