Foundation Pit is very complex system engineering, its pros and cons of supporting programs directly affect the progress, quality and cost. So it occupies an important position throughout the excavation construction project. As China's urban land resource constraints, more and more serious conditions, the use of underground space has become increasingly important, and this foundation pit excavation support the project proposed by a higher, more stringent requirements. This paper explores the bubble Creek parking lot and out of Xi'an Subway Line excavation section of the program's optimal design, use the method of systems engineering geological survey, compared exclusion, fuzzy comprehensive of evaluation and computer simulation technology to design the lines, it reflects the design process of shallow and deep foundation pit. Though actually survey data to ensure the level of the study area, it includes statistic analysis of the basic engineering, environmental conditions and related geological conditions. Comprehensive analysis of the current excavation program of the type and scope, according to the study area and the excavation pit level impact on the surrounding environment into account factors, obtained using comparison of elimination to the study of foundation pit support and supporting design of each program, and then use fuzzy evaluation mathematical method to score all of applicable comprehensive programs, select the best program. Use of management software for deep excavation design checking, ADINA software to simulate, verify the feasibility of the final program, it has a certain reference value on the excavation plan selection and design.
