As the complexity of welding distortion, forecasting welding deformation trends and the size of the application for the project has been a difficult。Forklift mast's construction in the process, the forklift mast prediction of welding deformation is more difficult than flat。Forklift welding deformation prediction and control technology research and development to improve the mast frame welding quality and productivity of great significance:①After the correction and so reduce the welding process, shorten the production process;②Reduce the residual stress of welding parts, welding parts made using the process will not slow the release of residual stress deformation ;③Numerical simulation of welding deformation of the forklift mast to achieve forecast, predicting a big truck doors less welding distortion, cost and schedule, so as to retrofit products provides a good foundation.This paper will use the Japanese scholars of the inherent strain theory method Forklift predict the welding deformation. This specific work done:1,Forklift established finite element model to determine the welding deformation of the boundary conditions2,Relatively accurate mathematical model to determine the parameters:The size of the inherent strain region,Longitudinal coefficientk , Horizontal coefficientε.3,By inherent strain calculation to determine the mast frame in the welding deformation and the size of the trend.4,Forklift based in the welding deformation trends and to determine a reasonable anti-deformation process, so do not Forklift machined after welding, the deformation can meet production requirements.Forklift mast on the numerical simulation of welding deformation analysis and the mast frame analysis of welding deformation of the test data show that in the process certain circumstances, based on inherent strain theory of numerical simulation of welding deformation in Forklift practical forecasting feasible.
