| This study conducted a field survey of Jinzhong bursal disease incidence and epidemiology of finishing by analyzing epidemiology law, and summarized the broiler bursal disease epidemic characteristics. This study aimed at understanding the reason that IBD presents new changes and made control measures to provide more reasonalble theoretical and technical support for the next stage. According to the published bursal disease VP2sequence in NCBI,we designed two different primer sequences of different virulence strains.Using QRT-PCR method, we established the standars to distinguish the differences between the strong and weak virulent strains. The final results shows:TM between88.10°C-90.35℃is strong virulent strain; TM=82.95℃-84.05℃is weak virulent strain. This method is adapted for the rapid diagnosis of IBDV, real-time monitor and virulence of the virus titer when propogating virulence.This provide an effective mean of detecting the toxicity of virus.
