By studying the mosquito species of Daqing City, biological characteristics, Occurrenceregularity and Beauveria bassiana control effect of larval, we can provide a theoretical basis inactual control work of Daqing City mosquitoes. We used of light trap, netting method to captureDaqing City adult mosquitoes, count the number and identified species; outdoors investigatedthe occurrence regularity of adult mosquitoes in fixed time and location. We built thepopulations of Culex pipiens pallens in laboratory, observed its biological characteristics, theeffect of temperature on the growth and development, as well as the virulence under differentconcentrations and temperature of Beauveria bassiana spore suspension of Culex pipienspallens.In this paper, mosquitoes in DaQing City has carried on the preliminary investigation fromApril2014to October2014. Mosquitoes were collected belonging to4genera and11species inDaQing City. Anopheles included Anopheles sinensis and Anopheles messeae; Culex includedCulex pipiens pallens; Culex modestus; Culex vagans; Culex tritaeniorhynchus; Aedes includedAedes dorsalis; Aedes excrucians; Aedes sticticus; Aedes cyprius; Culiseta included Culisetanippoaica. Daqing City widely distributed mosquito species were Culex pipiens pallens; Culexmodestus; Culex vagans; Aedes dorsalis. The dominant species were Culex pipiens pallens(49.97%)and Aedes dorsalis(17.88%). Mosquitoes were first discovered inApril20th and thelast time that are October5th in a year. The occurrence peak of mosquitoes were from July toAugust, accounting for65.98%of the total captures. The dominant species was Culex pipienspallens from April to July, Culex modestus was the dominant species in August, Aedes dorsaliswas the dominant species in September-October.Building the populations of Culex pipiens pallens in laboratory, Identifies the keytechnologies of Culex pipiens pallens breeding, focus on strict control of temperature,illumination time, keep the water clean, change the water. Meanwhile, the clear part of thebiological characteristics of Culex pipiens pallens, There are female mosquitoes sucking habits,spawning habits, habits and the eggs hatch. Temperature on the growth and development ofCulex pipiens pallens study shows, Culex pipiens pallens eggs can be normal incubation at15~35℃, Egg hatching time is shortened with the temperature increases. The developmental duration of larval is shortened as temperature increases.At15℃,the mosquitoes from oneinstar to the feathering need23.62d, And the temperature is35℃, The time is reduced to7.82d. However, when the temperature exceeds30℃, The mortality of Culex pipiens pallens arerising sharply40%,At35℃, the mortality are as high as80%.In this study, the different concentrations and temperature of Beauveria bassiana sporesuspension was used to survey the virulence of Beauveria bassiana against larvae of Culexpipiens pallens by analyzing the larval mortality Culex pipiens pallens larvae in different instarand different density. The main results was as follows:the concentration of the spore suspensionwas significantly related to the larval mortality. The correlative coefficient was0.9947. In thesame concentration of Beauveria bassiana spore suspension, larval mortality was significantlyincreased with the ascension of population density of Culex pipiens pallens. The mortality ofthe fourth instar larvae was significantly lower than which of the1st-3rd instar. And found thatBeauveria bassiana spore suspension are significantly increased to fatality rate of the larvae byincreasing temperature.
