The rice yield is the eternal goal of rice breeding, research shows that the yield of rice is greatly influence the growth period of rice. In general, the vegetative growth stage of the crop growth period length is longer, the vegetative growth stage is more able to accumulate crop productivity potential and has stronger photosynthesis light competition, but if the crop growth period is too long,it has missed the best heading time,low temperature and short time will greatly reduce the crop. Under the natural selection pressure and artificial selection pressure,the yield of rice has growed controlling system for different areas of plant evolution. The length of growing period is a affected by many environmental factors and it aslo controls the crop potential productivity of the characters, including light, temperature and time of light wavelength and other factors. Although the cloning of the rice growth period related gene has 20 kinds, but the relationship between these genes and the specific ways of the blossom are less well understood.This paper used Jixiang B (early heading for 76 days) as early material, and used R143 (early heading for 95 days) and Zhaiyeqing 8 (early heading for 97 days) as late material. their hybrid offsprings were used as the mapping population, trying to find the difference which control growth period and control gene during the period of fertility gene between parent materials.In this paper, using the SSR mapping technology,five B and R143 of Ji incense and other people were analyzed by F2 Jixiang B and R143 that Ji Xiang at different growth stages is located at the 7 end of the long arm of chromosome; through sequencing and sequence alignment methods, we found that there were 5 variable sites in the DTH7 between parent materials, for exemple the base A to replacing base C, base A replacing G, base T replacing A, the insert of the GAACGTG fragment and the deletion of base A.Therefore, we speculated that the gene that contolled the growth stage difference between Jixiang B and Zhaiyeqing 8 may be Hd3a.Using the same method to analysis The Jixiang B and Zhaiyeqing 8 and their F2,found that the gene which control the difference between growth period of JiXiang B and Zhaiyeqing 8 located at the end of the short arm of chromosome 6; through sequencing and sequence alignment methods, found that there were 4 Variation sites on Hd3a, respectively=the loss of GCTGCTGCCTGCA, loss of GA, and two deletions of base A.Therefore, we speculated that the gene that contolled the growth stage difference between Jixiang B and R143 may be DTH7.This paper also summarizes the Rice Flowering regulatory pathways, rice is due to short day crop, it’s heading rised superior to vernalization.there were light cycle regulation pathway and PPS approach and autonomous pathway in photoperiod pathway,currently known.In addition to Hdland EHd1, DTH2 regulated Hd3a expression.
