| The yield and quality of Chinese cabbage has seriously been affected by continuous cropping, as well as soil ecological environment deterioration. To improve the soil ecological environment and increase production, rotation and interplanting are often applied in practice. In order to overcome Chinese cabbage production problem caused by continuous cropping and produce good quality of Chinese cabbage, in this test, Chinese cabbage was chosen as the test material to study the effect of different interplanting and rotating models on the yield, quality and soil ecological environment. The results are followings:1. Both rotation and interplanting can increase height, root length, chlorophyll content and leaf number of Chinese cabbage plant. Under interplanting models, the increasing yield effect of Chinese cabbage- Chinese onion interplanting is the best, with higher fresh weight and biology output fresh weight than Chinese cabbage only, and fresh weight is increased to 35.71%. Under rotation models, rotating with green Chinese onion could increase the yield significantly, with fresh weight increased to 44.00%.2. Both rotation and interplanting can decrease cellulose content, vitamin C content and total acidity content. Green Chinese onion-cabbage interplanting can significantly improve the soluble sugar content and the soluble protein content to 69.85%and 37.76%, respectively. Chinese cabbage-garlic can significantly increase the soluble sugar to 69.85%. Green Chinese onion- cabbage rotation can significantly increase the soluble sugar and soluble protein content to 13.98%, 9.36%. All in all, Green Chinese onion-cabbage interplanting and rotaion can improve the quality best.3. Chinese cabbage- green Chinese onion interplanting can significantly increase soil bacteria content, reduce the number of fungi in the soil and increase soil B/F value(fungus/bacteria); Chinese cabbage-tillering Onions interplanting can significantly increase the soil total microorganisms content. Rotation treatment can significantly increase the soil bacteria quantity and reduce the fungi amount in the soil. Creen Chinese onion- cabbage crop rotation and tillering Onions-cabbage rotation can significantly increase the content of soil actinomycetes, green Chinese onion-cabbage rotation can significantly increase the soil microorganism amount, garlic-Chinese cabbage rotation, can significantly increase the soil B/F(bacteria/fungi).4. Rotation and interplanting were proved to increase the cabbage rhizosphere soil available nutrient content by the determination of soil available nutrient content. Rotation and interplanting can reduce the soil pH, EC value. Alkaline hydrolysis N, available P and available K content were significantly increased than Chinese cabbage monoculture and Chinese cabbage continuous cropping. Chinese cabbage- tillering onion interplanting and onion- cabbage rotation improve the soil environment most.5. The urease activity of Chinese cabbage interplanting is significantly higher than control, phosphatase and dehydrogenase activity was higher than monoculture, but there are no significant differences, the effect of garlic-Chinese cabbage interplanting is the most significant. Rotation process of green Chinese onion-cabbage crop rotation, tillering Onions-Chinese cabbage rotation show good effect, with soil urease, phosphatase, dehydrogenase activity significant increase.In conclusion, interplanting can significantly improve the biology output, improve the soluble sugar content, decrease cellulose content, vitamin C content and total acidity content. After rotation, soil ecological environment can be improved by increasing the soil bacteria content, soil B/F, soil enzyme activity. The effect of garlic-Chinese cabbage is the best, and Chinese cabbage-tillering Onions followed. Interplanting can significantly increase the output of Chinese cabbage, the soluble sugar conten, soluble protein content, vitamin C content and total acidity content. After rotation, the soil bacteria content is significantly increased, the fungi amount in the soil is reduced, the soil B/F is increased, the activity of urease, catalase and dehydrogenase is significant increase. the effect of green Chinese onion- Chinese cabbage is the best, the effect of tillering Onions-Chinese cabbage and garlic-Chinese cabbage is not much good. |
