The bio-pesticides, produced by microbial fermentation, plays an important role in the biological pesticides. Biological pesticides as opposed to chemical pesticides, with small, targeted, less resistance on environmental pollution, biological control effect and good characteristics.Therefore, research and the development of new biological pesticides, have important economic and social benefits.This subject were carried out with the assistance of the all-Russian Institute of biological control research of bio-pesticides, isolated a high efficient insecticidal H008 strain (Streptomyces laindensis). This article studied on the isolation, identification, and optimization of the fermentation conditions of the strain and insecticidal activity, The conditions for fermentation have been optimized by means of orthogonal analysis method. The insecticidal activities were also assayed by using of the fermentation broth. The optimized ferment conditions for the strain H008 were as the follows pH 8.0, fermentation temperature 28℃, DO 60%, fermentation time 96 h. The insecticidal active substances exhibited strong polarity and good stability to temperature and pH, Provides an important basis for industrialization development of the strains.
