Application of biogas slurry have the influence of lettuce growth quality and soil quality, this experiment by use of different levels of biogas slurry as fertilizer, aimed at conclusion it is concluded that applying biogas slurry the influence of lettuce growth quality and soil quality. According to the biogas slurry application level, set up four groups of experiments, group A is not applied biogas slurry(pig manure),group B applying 0.5L biogas slurry, group C applying 1L biogas slurry, group D applying 1.5L biogas slurry.Lettuce growth indicators of results show that group B compared with group A,group C compared with group A and group D than in group A, lettuce plant height growth of 17.17%, 9.23% and 4.33%, respectively, and extremely significant differences in group A and group B, group A and C groups had significant difference,applying biogas slurry is beneficial to increase the lettuce plant height. Group B compared with group A, group C compared with group A and group D than in group A, lettuce leaves wide increase of 5.85%, 12.00% and 11.08% respectively, and significant differences in group A and group C, group A and D groups had significant difference, applying biogas slurry is beneficial to increase lettuce leaf width. Group B compared with group A, group C compared with group A and group D than in group A, lettuce leaves long growth of 19.29%, 25.00% and 5.00% respectively, and there are significant differences in group A and group B, group A and group C extremely significant differences, applying biogas slurry is beneficial to increase the lettuce leaf length. Group B compared with group A, group C compared with group A and group D than in group A, group lettuce width increase of 3.33%, 3.54% and 8.33%respectively, and there are significant differences in group A and group B, group A and group C significant differences, group A and group D extremely significant differences, applying biogas slurry is beneficial to increase the breadth of lettuce. In conclusion, the application of biogas slurry is beneficial to promote the growth of lettuce.Lettuce yield results showed that Group B compared with group A, group Ccompared with group A and group D than in group A, lettuce biomass increase by22.70%, 52.16% and 68.38%, respectively, but the group A and group B there is no significant difference, between group A and group C there is no significant difference,between group A and group D there is no significant difference.Lettuce quality indicators of results show that the Group B compared with group A, group C compared with group A and group D than in group A, lettuce vitamin C content increase 81.58%, 226.32% and 313.16%, respectively, and there are significant differences in group A and group B, group A and group C extremely significant differences, group A and group D significant differences, applying biogas slurry is beneficial to increase vitamin C content in lettuce. Group B compared with group A, group C compared with group A and group D than in group A, lettuce growth in total sugar content of 19.13%, 47.57% and 78.31% respectively, and extremely significant differences in group A and group B, group A and group C extremely significant differences, group A and group D there is extremely significant difference, applying biogas slurry is beneficial to increase the total sugar content in lettuce. Group B compared with group A, group C compared with group A and group D than in group A, lettuce reducing sugar content increase 36.82%, 87.57% and136.27% respectively, and there are significant differences in group A and group B,group A and group C extremely significant differences, group A and group D significant differences, applying biogas slurry is beneficial to increase the reducing sugar content of lettuce. In conclusion, the application of biogas slurry is beneficial to improve the quality of the lettuce.Soil nutrient indicators of results show that group B compared with group A,group C compared with group A and group D than in group A, in the soil total nitrogen content increased 577.52%, 624.39% and 666.50% respectively, and extremely significant differences in group A and group B, group A and group C extremely significant differences, group A and group D significant differences,applying biogas slurry is beneficial to increase the soil total nitrogen content. Group B compared with group A, group C compared with group A and group D than in group A, content of soil effective phosphorus increased 89.69%, 280.48% and503.61% respectively, and there are significant differences in group A and group B,group A and group C extremely significant differences, group A and group D significant differences, applying biogas slurry is beneficial to increase the effective phosphorus content in soil. Group B compared with group A, group C compared with group A and group D than in group A, groups in the soil available potassium content increase 106.13%, 135.62% and 169.68% respectively, and extremely significant differences in group A and group B, group A and group C extremely significant differences, group A and group D significant differences, applying biogas slurry is beneficial to increase available potassium content in soil. In conclusion, the application of biogas slurry benefits, increase soil nutrient, and improve the soil nutrient.
