eased on methods for preparing phospholipids from other organisms and tissues, the appropriate method for silkworm egg is achieved through optimizing the extractive solution volume, extractive time and times etc. The amount of phospholipids is measured by phosphorus molybdenum calorimetry and the compositions are analyzed by TLC (Thin Layer Chromatography,ThC). This thesis is studied on variations of silkworm, tussah-silkworm and en-silkworm eggs phospholipids and experimental fluorisis larvae phospholipids. Main results are as following:1.Among silkworm, fussah-silkworm and en-silkworm eggs, there are significant differences in the amounts of phospholipids. For 1 gram eggs, silkworm> tussah-silkworm > en-silkworm, and for 1 egg, they are reversed.2.The amounts of phospholipids of Polyvoltine race (5ansi), Japanese race (Xuesong), Chinese race (Huafeng) and European race (SaIisill) are 13.2534, 12.8858, 12.0164 and 11.1494 mg/g egg, respectively. The main compositions of phospholipids are phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphqtidylethanolmine (PE) and phosphotidylserine (PS). Estimated by color?of I-he dots, the amounts of main compositions are different, PCES. There is no difference in compositions among silkworm races.3.After oviposition, silkworm diapause egg should undergo pre-diapause stage, dicipause stage, hibernation stage, critical stage and stage of organogenesis. buring protection for diapouse egg, the amount of phopholipids is decreased gradually until critical stage, and increased from critical stage to orgonogenesis stage. The amount of phopholipids during organogenesis stage is nearly equal to that of pre-diopause stage. It illuminates that phospholipids are main intermediate products in phosphorus metabolism. With prolonging egg age, phospholipds are decomposed slowly, and during organogenesis stage, more phospholipids63Qrs SyntheSiztd to m6at the demQndS from growin9 or9Qns.4.During 1-2 dQys Qf t6r coId-storQ96 QCid tr6Qtment, the Qmount ofphosphoIipids of silkworm 6ggs, which is from Bing1-2 to Ding1 embryostQ9es, is reduced signifiCQntIy.
