Lipoxygenase (Lox), is a kind of enzyme which act on lipids containing a cis, cis-i, 4-pentadine structure and hydroperoxides is produced. This product then at last is transferred into different kinds of chemicals, which play different orals in different creature and different tissues.In soybean embryo, there are three main Lox-s which are Lox-i~. Lox-2and Lox-3. The final products initially catalyzed by those Lox-s are some small molecules such as hexenol and hexenoic aldehyde, which give the soybean an undesirable flavor usually called reen ordor? Since then, Lox-s affects the soybean application on food industry. So, Lox-s-null is a favorable character.This study is to create an iso-genie line of LD4, which is an excellent release in China and main release in Huang and Huai area. We use LD4 as acceptor and cross with Century (USA) and Suzuyudaka(Japan) as donors for this character.Lox-2 heterozygous can be recognized by a improved IEF technical, which can be used to make continuously back crossing.The inheritance of Lox-s was tested, Lox-i and Lox-2 are tightly linked, well, Lox-3 is independent from these other two isoenzymes. This conclusion is proved to be the same to the other study.Agronomy characters was investigated, clustering was used to select the like most off spring to be the candidate for the coming year back crossing.The background selection was also assisted by using SSR, the data is also clustered, and another group of candidate was made out.The two methodsgronomy character and molecular marker assisted back ground selection was compared and estimated. Ourconclusion is, agronomy character investigation assisted selection isbetter used in lower generation. But in higher generation, it is notenough to distinguish. SSR is better When used as back groundselection in higher generation, for it's constant, rich in variance, andthe process of data is simp1e and credible.From the c1uster of both kinds, we can see that character is easier tobecome constant through back cross than seIection only...
