There were significant difference at the same nitrogen level with three kind of nitrogen fertilizer, the changing trend of NOI was ammonium nitrate > urea> ammonium acid carbonate, and the changing trend of NO2 was urea > ammonium acid carbonate> ammonium nitrate; The nitrate content increased as the rate of fertilizer application increased, but the nitrite content hadn the dependency relation. Analysis of NO[ and NOI in different tissues of carrot, the changing pattern of NO3 was xylem>root>phloem, one of NO2 was phloem> root> xylem; The nitrate content at maturity was the lowest in all growth season, but the nitrite content was the highest; The nitrate content of New Kuroda Gosun was higher than one of Xinhong, but the nitrite content was opposite to it. Through the experiment of relation between the amount of nitrogen fertilizer applied and the yield of carrot, the reasonable amount of nitrogen fertilizer was suggested, the reasonable amount of nitrogen fertilizer was different in different nitrogen fertilizer. |
