In the experiments DNA fingerprinting and PCR-Analyzed microsatellite DNA method were compared with biochemical markers analysis in analyzing eight groups of six domestic strains(SI-LR~ SHiRIsp~ WKY~ LEW.~ RCS.. F344). The result indicated: (1) There are great diversity in various strain of DNA fingerprinting, which average bands is 16.3600?.1780, band sharing level is 0.0617?.0089, and the similarity coefficient is 0.0627?.0087, the probability of an identical DNA fingerprinting in them is 3.69 15 X 10.23. The other are more than 0.9474 except the similarity coefficient and band sharing level of SHIR (I-Ia) is 0.6667?.3332 and 0.6696?3303 whichofWKY(Ha)is0.6452?.3548and0.6481?.35l8inthe various individual of same group. The diversity also exist between the same inbred SI-LB. strains or WKY strains in different areas, and which the similarity coefficient is 0.5424?.0134 and 0.3509?.0441, band sharing level is 0.5425?.0130 and0.3536? 0438 the probability of an identical DNA fingerprinting in them is1.0375 X 10攡 and 4.7771 X i0~. (2) The similarity coefficients band sharing level and the probability of an identical DNA fingerprinting are almost coincident through four time repeat DNA fingerprints experiments of the same DNA (P>0.05). (3) DNA fingerprinting of filial generation which RCS and WKY hybridized is analyzed, whose bands are found in their parents bands and complied with Mendel heredity law. DNA fingerprinting from various tissues are also coincident in the same individual of LEW(jing). (4) It are selected that the 20 primers assigned on 7 chromosomes of inbred rat. DNA polymorphism are studied using PCR-analyzed microsatellite DNA method in 8 colonies of 6 inbred rat strains from Beijing and Haerbin. There is much polymorphism among the various rat strains; There is no polymorphism in the same rat strains except SMST locus of SHR (Ha) and AGT43locus of WKY(Ha), and a little difference from the same inbred rat strains in different areas. 10 microsatellite loci are analyzed in 8 groups of 6 rat strains, and the similarity coefficient is more than 0.7 between S1-IR(jing) with SHRIsp(jing)~ SHR(Ha) and F344(jing) and between SHIR(Ha) with WKY(I-La), which is 0.1 between WKY (jing) with LEW(jing) and F344~ing) and between LEW(jing) with RCSUiing). (5) It is analyzed that 9 biochemical markers loci is selected in 8 groups of 6 rat strains, which is coincident with national standard except Es-3 of SHR(Ha) and WKY(Ha). And it is coincident between 9 sites of SHR(jing) and SHRIsp(jing). and there is different in Es-10 site of WKY rat of different area. It is proved that DNA fingerprints and Microsatellite DNA are more accurate and reliable than Biochemical Markers, and more precise in variation level and heredity distance of animal individual.
