It causes great economic losses, and has serious effect on public health.In order to produce valuable monoclonal antibodies(McAb) for immunodiagnosis and screening functional antigen of high immunity,. hybridoma technique was adopted using the fusion of splenic lymphocytes from BALB/C mice immunized with purified cysticercus protein antigen and the myelonia cell lines SP2/O. Through screenu~g and cloning, one McAb secreting cell line 2G10 has been established, which could secret anti-cysticercus monospecific antibody continuouslly.The McAb obtained shows high specificity and was IgGl subtype, K light chain. Its astite titer could reach to 1: iO~. Through identification, the chromosome number of hybridoma cell line is between 80 and 100, at the same time, the McAb secreted is stable to enviromentl factors such as temperature~ acid and alkali etc.
