Study On Antigen Location Of BVDV In Artifical Infected Sheep

Abstract BVDV from Xinjing (SHN98) and Oregon C24V were inoculated lamb and pregnant sheep about 100 days without BVDV to establish animal model for BVDV of dissemination in sheep. It was researched by IHCT that the distribution regularity in organs and tissue for BVDV in artificial infected sheep or fetus and lamb infected through placenta. The results demonstrated that BVDV infected fetus through placenta, BVDV distributed in muscle of heart,liver,lung,spleen,lymph node,alimentary canal,uterus mucous,cranial nerve,placenta mucous etc. in pregnant sheep, there was especially more BVDV in spleen,lymph node,alimentary canal,uterus mucous,cranial nerve and placenta mucous; For infected fetus, BVDV distributed in lymph node,thymus,brain,liver,kidney,muscle of the heart,lung,spleen,alimentary canal,umbilical cord etc. and there was more in thymus,alimentary canal,lymph node and cranial nerve; For lamb, BVDV distributed in muscle of heart,liver,thymus,spleen,lymph node,alimentary canal,cerebrum,cerebellum,sea horse,optic nerve and eyeball vein etc. and there was more in alimentary canal,cerebrum,cerebrum,spleen,optic nerve and lymph node; There was no significant difference in distribution between SHN98 and Oregon C24V in organs or tissue.
