The cows with low phosphorus in two groups were fed with different content of phosphorus in the same condition by dividing group and comparing. The samples were collected and analyzed, the output of milk were detected. The preventive effect of hypophosphatemia (hypophosphatenu^ hemoglobinuria> osteomalacia) was studied. The aim of experiment is to treat and prevent the low phosphorus in cows from the source of food chain. The content of calcium, phosphorus, malonaldehyde diethylaceryl(MDA), superoxidedase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px), glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT) and glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT) in serum, the content of phosphorus in soil and fodder, the output of milk were detected respectively. The content of biochemical indexes in serum of trial group were different significantly compared with control group. So the treatment with adding the fertilizer of phosphorus in the source of food-chain for low phosphorus areas was very important for the treatment and prevention of cows with low phosphorus. The results are follows:I.It is found that the trial area was lack of phosphorus through detected the content of phosphorus in fodder soil. The fertilizer of phosphorus were added to the experiment soil, and the content of phosphorus in soiK fodder were detected. They were higher significantly compared with the control. They were detected repeatedly in august 200land the result was higher significantly (PO.05). The post-effect was evident. Therefore, the method of adding the fertilizer of phosphorus to the soil can improve the soiK fodder quality. 2.The content of phosphorus in serum after feeding grass with higher phosphorus to cows with low phosphorus was significantly higher (PO.01), the content of serum calciumincreased gradually.3 .The variation of indexes of the liver function was not different significantly compared with control. It was indicated that liver function was normal. The trial cows were in sub-clinical status of low phosphorus possibly.4.The change of anti-oxidant indexes was evident. The anti-oxidam ability of trial group improved.5.The ability of milking was increased according to measuring of milk yield.
