The fermentation conditions for antagonistic bacteria B1, B2 and effects of inorganic substance on them were studied, the control trials over pea root disease in field were also researched. The results were showed as follows: 1. The fermentation conditions for antagonistic bacteria BI, 62Among 19 carbon sources, the utilization to fructose, sucrose, maltose, mannose, mannitol and glucose of antagonistic bacteria B\, 82 was better, and the inhibiting rate of Bj for Fursarium oxysporum f.sppisi was above 75%. But in large scale production, glucose and maltose can be chosed as their carbon sources for their low cost price; Among 14 nitrogen source, the utilization to urea and beef extract of antagonistic bacteria BI, 82 was best, inhibiting rate of 62 for Fursarium oxysporum f.sp pisi was above 73%, and for pea powder was 62.8%~74.55%.So in large scale production, glucose and maltose can be first considered as nitrogen source. The best ingredients for BI propagating was: lOg urea, 8g glucose, 5g yeast, 1000ml water. pH 7.5-8.0, 27?癈, in 72h lightness. The best ingredients for 82 propagating was: lOg urea or 8g pea powder, 8g maltose, 5g yeast, 1000ml water. pH 7.5/6.5, 27?癈, in 48h lightness but shaked(100r/min).l.The effects of inorganic salts and surfactants to antagonistic bacteria BI, B2Inorganic substance (ZnSC>4,MnSO4,MgSO4,KH2PO4)and surface active agent (Tween-20/80, washing powder ) have no effects on inhibiting rate of BI, 82 for Fursarium oxysporum f.sppisi.3. Stability of inhibiting efficiency of 61,62 for Fursarium oxysporum f.sp pislThe culture solution of BI, 82 has effects on inhibiting for Fursarium oxysporum f.sp pisi after stored 154 days, and it had relative stability.4. The effects of antagonistic bacteria 61,62 on pea growth and control trials over pea root disease in fieldAfter pea seeds were treated with BI, 62, Bi+2 as seed dressing and seed dipping, their germination rate can be promoted by 8.65% -13.8%, comparing with water treatment. Seed dipping was more effective than seed dressing. The control effects of pea root disease(25.05%~60.93%) was the same as Carbendazin (50%WP400), and Bi+2 is more than fungicide(9.48%).Bi+2 could improve the yield by 12.7% in seed dressing and 27.56% in seed dipping. There is great difference between water treatment and fungicide treatment. Seed dipping had greater effects than seed dressing.5. The effects of antagonistic bacteria 61, 62 on plant earlier growthAntagonistic bacteria BI, B? has different effects on seeds of vegetable, melons and grass. Different seeds needs different culture solution concentration, when seeds were treated by BI, B2, it has no effects on seedling growth of cabbage, tomato, pepper, pea, muskmelon, cucumber and melons, but it could promote seed germination of maize by 10.0%~20%, pure weight of wheat, maize, by 4.8%~14.3% and 9.2%~11.2%.
