Pathalogical Study On Septicemia Caused By Aeromonas Caviae CSS-4-2 Strain In Carassius Auratus Of Penze(♀)X Cyprinus Acutidorsalis(♂)

Haematological and histopathological stueies on Carassius auratus of penze (?) x Cyprinus acutidorsalis(?) intraperitoneally injected with Aeromonas caviae strain Css~4-2 were carried out . Some blood chemical and haemetological parameters changed significantly . Plasmas levels of total bilirubin and CK were significantly lower than in control fish, and uric acid was signifianty higher. The haemoglobin values decreased significantly, leucocytes and granuloytes in blood of the infected fish were significantly increased as compared to control fish. Light microscopic observations of samples obtained from infected fish showed histopathological abnormalities in tissues of liver, spleen, kidney, gills and heart. Histoparhological examination revealed haemorrhages, oedema, extensive inflammatory cell infiltration. Disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIG) was found in tissues. The observations at the level of submicroscopic structure show: there are different pathological changes in the tissues and cells of liver, kidney and spleen , i.e. cytoplasmic organelle swollenness, vacuus destrution and disturbance.
