In this paper, the changing the current village landscape fragmentation and its effect on village ecosystem soil and vegetation, based a typical village on the ecotone between agriculture and animal husbandry, are systemically investigated. The studying result show that organic matter content and total nitrogen in soil in different village landscapes exist very significant difference, and their value in crush landscape, which is nearest to the native vegetation, is highest. Therefore, the total content of organic matter and total nitrogen in soil in the village ecosystem, due to its landscape fragmentation caused by some human being activities, such as farming, tree planting, has significantly reduced in the last years. But there exists no significant difference on the value of organic C:N between different village landscapes. The fragmentation of village landscape, usually caused by purposeful action of villagers, made the native vegetation destroyed seriously. Aboveground biomass yield and a biodiversity of plant community in some landscape caused by villager, compared crush landscape, both decrease, and dominant species in different landscape have also succeeded evidently. The analysis of 3 biodiversity has also proved that the dominance of native species has been decreased distinctly, especially in farmland. The effect of grazing on the grassland under woods is relatively great, along with the increase of grazing intensity, soil rigidity, soil capacity, and the nutrient element of N, P, K all decreasing accordingly. At the same time, product and quality of grassland under woodsdecrease; the index of grassland quality (IGQ) is lowest (15.51) under no grazing and next lowest (37.09) under extreme grazing, but it is highest under light grazing (86.41), the IGQ is decreasing with the increase of grazing intensity, a biodiversity is most high in light grazing grassland and moderate grazing, but it is low and very similar in no grazing grassland and severe grazing. P biodiversity is most great between no grazing and light grazing, and it is next between light grazing and moderate grazing.Grassland under protective plantation contributes to stockbreeding in this region, however, owing to absence proper management, currently, serious grazing and extreme grazing in grassland under protective plantation being very common, the resource of grassland under woods is not be used appropriately. Through studying the impact of different grazing intensities on grassland under protective plantation, we can elicit that light grazing and moderate grazing in grassland under woods should be encourage which may stimulate herb growth and properly use resource of foliage, that no grazing and severe grazing both will restrain the growth of grass and waste resource of foliage.
