A study on the fluidization is carried out systematically in the present dissertation, as a research subject being paid more attention with the progresses of drying technique. As fluidized drying technique has the virtue of the high efficiency in heat transfer and good airproof performance, it has been used broadly in chemical engineering, light industry, curatorial industry, foodstuff industry, architectural industry and- so on. This thesis studies corn fluidized drying characteristic related with drying field of important subject of Hebei Province. Firstly, we debug the existing experimental desk and experiment in the units. Secondly, by analyzing the experimental data, we get the results that how the air velocity, the air temperature and the material influence the corn drying characteristics. Furthermore, we use Page equation and diffusion equation to simulate and compare the calculated results with experimented data. By theoretic calculating, we find the mathematic model that fit corn drying. Finally, according to the questions we meet in experiment, some suggestions have been made for the next work.
