By sowing on different date, with different rice cultivar and N level, we study on the rice floret differentiation and degeneration to establish and validate the rice organ formation models, the results show:The rice floret differentiation is divided into three stages: the primary branch differentiation, the second branch & floret differentiation and the floret degeneration. The third stages are the line, the negative exponential and line function of the GDD. The nitrogen affected the floret differentiation by increasing the primary branch number. The bigger spike has the quicker floret differentiation rate.The different power grain have the different filling dynamic: the superior and inferior grain of the sink limited cultivar such as Yueguang has the same dynamic trend of filling and rate, reaching the highest at the same time. The sowing date has little effect on the grain. But, the grain of source limited has evident different dynamic trend of filling and the sowing date has evidence effect on the filling, especially the inferior grain. The middle sowing decrease the inferior grain weight and the superior grain is same weight with the early sowing.The rice growth is affected by the water and nitrogen . The effects of water and nitrogen on growth model are established at first. The simulation of leaf area is used the leaf weight and leaf area ratio which both decreasing with the development.The leaf number model include the total leaf number of main stem in different situation and the leaf emergence rate .The former decreasing by the sowing date and the later is line relationship with GDDOlO'C).Rice tiller growth is affected by density of seedling in the seedling stage and by the N application, water and LAI after transplanting. The tiller modelconsiders all these factors' effects.The floret model is import the total primary branch, the max potential floret number per tiller and the mass weight of a floret to survive. The flowing floret per day is normal school. The filling model imports the flowering time and the last grain weight.The forecast of yield of rice have two methods: the first is the sink yield which is same with sink limited cultivar and the second is the source yield t which is applicable to source cultivar.
