Abstract/Summary:
Tea plant is a perennial industrial crop ,It has long cultivated history and economic value in our country. To harvest more and more high quantity shoot as converted products is our object. Tea plant growth early or late is directly influence to tea manufacture enterprise.Endogenous hormone regulation is very important technique resource to excavate potential and to raise yield capacity for tea cultivars.Mature leaf of Sixteen-year-old Zixuan 6#,Fuding Dabaicha .Zhuye Qi,Zhenghe Dabaicha and Wantian were used as tested materials.Endogenous hormone GA3^ ABA were analysised with Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results were as follows:Changes of Endogenous hormone GA} during annual growth were " quickly decreased-slowly increased-decreased-quickly increased " .The mininum cotent was in depth dormancy period(December);The max content was in axillary bud growth quickly period (March).ABA content changed like" 鞍 ",and it's content was negative related to the tea plant growth rate.During the tea plant dormancy period,Endogenous GAs content was in minimum level,and ABA was in max level,They are all waved smoothly.In Sping,the endogenous GAs content in shoot is higher than mature leaf.Changes of endogenous GAs content were "quickly increased-smooth-decreased" during axillary bud growth.The content of ABA in climax leaf is higher than shoot,Changes were decreased,but there is a little increase when axillary bud growth from three leaves and a bud to phase lag period.The date of different phenology genie tea plant axillary bud growth was no significant correlated to the average ABA content during Nov.,Dec.and Jan. but the content of GA3. GA3/ABA was significant correlated to axillary bud growth date (r>ro.os) ,r GA3-0.8955, rGA3/ABA=-0.8865,It can establish a equation, useing it can forecast the axillary bud growth date of different cultivars.After analysis, the result showed that during tea plant annual growth the content of endogenous ABA was negative correlated to the content of GAs. GAs can promote cell division,accelerate germination.ABA is inhibiter to plant growth,it can lead to tea plant dormancy,organ shattering.High GAa content and high ratio GAs to ABA is the prerequiste to tea plant germination. The ratio GAsto ABA from dormancy to germination is one of factor to forcast the tea plant germination date.
