Two hundred Lohmann brown crust hens which were 301 days old were used in this test, and they were at random divided into two groups in order to research the application technology of green composite feed additive. The green additive was added in test group hens, while the control group was not. The results shows that: 1. After having been fed for 49 days, not only was the egg production rate of the test group higher than that of control group, but also the difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05); The feed and egg rate of test group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference between them was extremely significance(P<0.01); The death eliminating rate of hens in test group was lower than that of the hens in control group, and there no disease or death phenomenon in test group. 2. The results of metabolism test indicate that, the metabolic rate of all nutrients of feed were higher for test group than those of control group, and the difference between them was significance(P<0.05). 3. The results of determining blood biochemical index indicate that, the serum blood sugar of test group was lower than that of control group, and the difference between them was extremely significance(P<0.01).The contents of serum total protein, serum calcium, serum total lipid, and serum cholesterol of test group were all lower than those of control group, and differences were all significance(P<0.05). Comparing the serum albumin, serum alkaline phosphatase, serum bilineneurine lipase of test group with control group was not significance(P>0.05). 4. Analyzing results in lab indicate that, comparing the quality and ordinary component of eggs of test group with control group was not significance(P>0.05).The cholesterol contents in test group eggs were lower than those of control group, and the difference between them was extremely significance (P<0.01).The unstaturated fatty acid contents in test group eggs were higher than those of control group. The remaining dose of antibiotic in test group was 0.169mg/kg .
