this thesis is composed of two aspects, one is the construction of internet database ,the other is the analysis of genes related with rice pathogenical resisitance. the database is the website-www.estarray.org, the datas is derived from results produced through 3'EST sequencing of three rice cDNA Mbrarys which is steiru endosperm and leaf induced by Magnaponhe grisea. The clustering is executed respectively by GeneBank and ESTarray. searching the database , nine genes selected that is related with rice pathogenical resistance is respectively phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(pal) . (3-l,3-glucanase(glu). polyubiquitin(ub) . glycine-rich protein(grp) . S-Adenosylmethionine decarboxylase(samdc) . mitogen activated protein kinase(mapk) . superoxide dismutase(sod). and phospholipase C(plc).the results of this genes analysised through RNA array is the following.with respect to indica rice the expression level of polyubiquitin is lower in high resistant rice variety than in medium resistant rice variety and high sensitive rice variety. Between three japonica resistant rice variety the mRNA abundance in the high resistant and medium resistant variety is higher than in high sensitive variety rice, the curve of expressional variation in Tetep(high resistant indica rice variety),zhe852(medium resistant indica rice variety)and Co39(high sensitive indica rice variety) is similar, after inoculation by Magnaponhe grisea they reach the peak value at the 2h- 8ru 24h. in japonica the curve of expression variety of xiushui63( high resistant rice variety), xiushui!7(medium resistant rice variety) and lijiangxinheigu(high sensitive rice variety)is also similar.they form the peak value at the 2h, 24h* 36h after inoculation with Magnaponhe grisea. the expressional level of ub is obviously enhanced under nitrogen and phosphorus defecience and repressed under potassium and magnesium defecience.there are differences of Ub expression level in different tissue under nitrogen defeciency. except root the low leaves^ the mid leaves and the top leaves have the mRNA accumulation peak at secondary or third days and tenth days. The expression level of ub rise in treat by ABA, but decline in treat by JA.the root and stem responsed differently.but the curve of variance is similar.a big peak emerge at 72h in all tissues.The expression level of S-Adenosylmethionine decarboxylase is higher in high sensitive rice variety than in high resistant rice variety and medium resistant rice variety. Tetep and zhe852 reach a peak at 24h, a low peak is is formed at the 36h in Co39. at the 48h the mRNA abundance of Tetep s zhe852 and Co39 begin to rise . there is the tissue expressional character, the mRNA abundance is lowest in root. K, Mg defecience result in the decline of mRNA abundance of SAMDC, the top leaves response rapidly and reach the peak at the secondary or third day under deficiency and reach the low peak at the fifth day. ABA apparently induced the expression of SAMDC, GA have restrain. The mRNA abundance fluctuate acutely,, the root and stem all reach the peak at the 60h or 72h after ABA and GA treat.The expression level of phospholipase C is higher in high resistant indica rice and medium resistant indica rice than in high sensitive indica rice , in high sensitive japonica riec than mediumresistant japonica high resistant japonica.?Tetep reach the peak at the 24h and 48h. after inoculation , at the same time zhe852 reach the low peak, the variant curve of xiushui63, xiushuil? and lijiangxinheigu is similar, they all reach the peak at the 4h or 8h, 16h ,36h or 48h. the effect of Ca nutritional defecience is most obvious, under Ca defecience the medium leaves and the root is relatively sensitive which reachs the peak at the seventh day , there is a peak in the root at the third day. Treat of ABA, GA have the repress on the expression the of pic. the variant curve in root and stem is similar treated by the same hormone, before the 36h there is not a obvious fluctuation in the stem treated by ABA or GA.but...
