As one of the important commissariat crop, the wheat cultivars which were widly planted nowday have inferior artifactitious qualities,especially baking quality. The main reason was devoid of high molecular weight glutenin subunits 1Dx5+1Dy10.So, we transfer HMW-GS 1Dx5+1Dy10 into wheat cultivars which were widly planted nowday via high velocity microprojectile bombardment in order to improve the baking quality.Immature embryos of nine genotypes were used as explants for genetic transformation by high velocity microprojectile bombardment in this experiment,the expression plasmid pCAMBIA1301-Sub5+10 were delivered into immature embryos of wheat.The results indicated that;(1)HeXuan014 did not differentiated green plantlet. 74 plantlets were differentiated from the bombardment immature embryos of eight genotypes through the induction, selection and differentiation media.59 plantlets were finally regenerated via radication.(2)YuMai18 had the highest differentiation ratio in eight genotypes, plant regeneration ratio reached 4.8%.The next genotypes were YuMai21, YuMai49, YuNong9901 and YuNong118, plant regeneration ratio reached 1.4%, 1.4%, 1.4%, 1.3% respectively.YuNong303, YuNong4001,XianYangChaoDaSui had the lower differentiation ratio, plant regeneration ratio was 1.0%,0.7%,0.5% respectively.(3) 29 plantlets of YuNongl18, YuNong303 , YuMai49, YuNong9901, YuMail8 and YuMai21 showed that foreign target genes were integrated into the wheat genome by PCR analysis. YuMai18 had the highest transformation ratio, transformation ratio of 1Dx5 genes, 1Dy10 genes 1Dx5+1Dy10 genes was 2.14%, 2.40%, 1.87% respectively. The next genotypes were YuNong9901 and YuMai21, transformation ratio of 1Dx5+1Dy10 genes was 1.21% and 0.70%.(4)Wheat Genotypes YuMai18, YuMai21, YuNong9901 are excellent transformation, materials.
