Effect Of Phosphorus Nutrition On Yield And Quality Of Different Types Of Maize And Their Physiological Basis

The study was conducted from2001 to 2002. in the scientific farm of maize,which belongs to Shandong Agricultural University. Effect of Phosphorus Nutrition on Yield and Quality and Their Physiological Basis was studied systematically by different types of Maize:Ordinary maize(Ludan 50 and Yedan 22),High oil maize(High oil corn 115 and 298), Waxy maize(Lu white waxy corn 1 and Lu black waxy corn 1). By the technical root of combination of field experiment,pot experiment and chemical analysis.The main results were as follows:1.Effect of Phosphorus Nutrition on biomass yield and economic yield of different types of maize.There is an obvious discrepancy of dry stem matter ang dry leaf matter under Phosphorus nutrition.exceptYedan22, the yields of dry stem matter and dry leaf matter of Ludan 50, Lu white waxy corn 1 and Lu black waxy corn 1 are diggest under high Phosphorus treatment ,yet High oil corn 115 and 298 under middle Phosphorus treatment.Phosphorus exerts different effect on yield of different types of corn. except Yedan22, By increasing row,kernels per row,kernel per ear,weight per 1000 kernels and economic coefficient, Phosphorus nutrition can add yield.Ludan 50, Lu white waxy corn 1 and Lu black waxy corn 1 in high Phosphorus treatment are added most,yet High oil corn 115 and 298 in middle Phosphorus treatment2. Effect of Phosphorus nutrition on photosynthesis system of differenttypes of maizeThere is an obvious discrepancy of photosynthesis square under Phosphorus nutrition.Leaf square of Ludan 50, Lu white waxy corn 1 and Lu black waxy corn 1 under high Phosphorus and High oil corn 115 and 298 under middle Phosphorus are biggest.Phosphorus nutrition can prolong the continuance of the biggest photosynthesis sqare .the leaf sqare under Phosphorus treatment begains to shrink 28 days after anthesis,while the leaf square without Phosphorus nutrition begains to shrink 14 days after anthesis.Phosphorus nutrition can enhance the depth of corn leaf. There is an obvious discrepancy of Chl.a and Chl.b content in ear leaf.Phosphorus nutrition can increase obviously the Chl.a and Chl.b content in ear leaf, and the Chl.a and Chl.b content in ear leaf of Ludan 50,Yedan 22, Lu white waxy corn 1,Lu black waxy corn 1 are highest under high Phosphorus treatment,while High oil corn 115 and 298 under middle Phosphorus treatment. Phosphorus nutrition can prolong the continuance of the highest Chl.a and Chl.b content in ear leaf,which helps to synthesise more photosynthetic product.Phosphorus nutrition has some effect on carno.content in ear leaf,it makes carno.content in ear leaf shortly more and contiue during more time.There is an obvious discrepancy of photosynthetic rate of ear leaf. Phosphorus nutrition can enhance obviously photosynthetic rate of ear leaf. Ludan 50,Yedan 22, Lu white waxy corn 1,Lu black waxy corn 1 have the highest photosynthetic rate of ear leaf under high Phosphorus treatment. while High oil corn 115 and 298 under middle Phosphorus treatment. Phosphorus nutrition can make high photosynthetic rate maintain longer time.There is an obvious discrepancy of chlorophll fluorescence parameters between Phosphorus treatment and no- Phosphorus treatment. Phosphorus nutrition makes F0 decrease and Fm, Fv ,Fv/Fm increase.ΦРSII of РSII in Phosphorus treatment is bigger than that in no- Phosphorus treatment,P of Fv'/Fm is the same.3. Effect of Phosphorus nutrition on quality of different types of cornPhosphorus nutrition exerts an obvions effect on crude ash and crude fiber of kernel.crude ash content of Ludan 50,high oil corn 298,Lu white waxy corn 1,Lu black waxy corn 1 under high Phosphorus treatment,and high oil corn 115 under middle Phosphorus treatment is bigger,while Yedan 22 in no-Phosphorus treatment.crude fiber content of kernel is high Phosphorus treatment 〉middle Phosphorus treatment 〉no- Phosphorus treatment. Phosphorus nutrition has on effect on soluble sugar of kernel.Ludan 50 in high Phosphorus treatment,high oil corn 115 and 298,Lu black...
