Extraction of Flammulina velutipes (curtrfr.) Sing, fermentation (JZG), extration of plants (TS, Fs-046-2, GA-015-1), Benzothiadiazoles (BTH), Chatosan (SAN), extration of Tremellafuciformis Berk, fermentation (YE), 3-amin-butyric acid (3-ABA) and Jasmonic (JA) were studied as SAR inducers in Xanthi-nc tobacco-tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) system. Provided inducer were pre-inoculated on the 6th leaf on tobacco plant 6 day before challenge inoculation on the upper leaves with TMV. Lesion numbers on the inducer-treated plants treat with BTH, JZG and TS were significantly less than on control plants, in the meantime, treatment with BTH, JZG and TS led to an increase in activities of chitinase and β -1,3-glucanase in tobacco leaf tissue. Indicated these inducers triggered SAR in tobacco plants; in the same, BTH, JZG and TS were sprayed on the 1st leaf on melon plant before challenge inoculation with Erysiphe cidhoracerum. Disease indication and disease index of powder mildew of inducers-treated plant were significantly decliner than that of control plants, the dynamically changing of chitinase , β -1,3-glucanase, polyphenol oxidase, preoxidas and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase activities were investigated, treat with BTH, JZG and TS triggered an increase in activities of these enzyme, and the increasing tendency could keep in about 15-20d after treatment. In addition, inhibitory activity of several of fungicides against fungal pathogen and bacteria antagonists in vitro were studied. Fulicur, Sportak, Tecto and Luhen No.1 were inhibited pathogen growth of postharvest disease on melon in vitro at lower concentration, and only Fulicur and Tecto could combination with bacteria antagonists CPF-10.
