Four experiments were conducted to assess the effects of inhibit mold of sodium diacetate and it's influence on the growth performance of broilers and weaning piglets.Experiment 1 effects of sodium diacetate inhibit moldProduced 1000kg diet, drow out 500kg randomly, divided into 5 treatment with 100kg per treatment. The first-firth treatment sodium diacete was incorporated into diets at 0,1000mg/kg,1500mg/kg, 2000mg/kg, 2500mg/kg respectively, make up with intertexture bag, then put them in finished product warehouse. Observed feed and tracked record change of feed at the first, the fifteenth, the twentith, the twenty-fifth,the thirtith, the thirty-fifth ,the fortieth, the forty-fifth,the fiftith, the sixtith day.At the last day, took any mouldy diet to test ratio of inhibitory mould for sodium diacete .Results suggested: the optimun addition of sodium diacetate is 2000mg/kg and ratio of inhibitory mold is 4.33%Experiment 2 effects of sodium diacetate on intestinal microflora, growth performance of boilers. In experiment 2, broilers(n=324) were used to evaluate the efficacy of dietary sodium diacetate on intestinal microflora and growth performance. Boilers were randomly assigned to three treatments. There were three replicate broilers per treatment with thirty-six broilers per replicate .All broilers had been fed and watered freely during six-week trial period. The first treatment, sodium diacetate was incorporated into diets at 2000mg/kg;The second treatment, JiangMeiWang was incurpo -rated into diets at 2000mg/kg ;The thirdtreatment Luprosil salt was incorporated into diets at 2000mg/kg. Rsults suggested: the addition of sodium diacetate to the diets had no effects on intestinal microflora and growth performance. No difference were observed among any treatments.Experiment 3 effects of sodium diacetate on using ratio of feedstuff nutrient and some biochemical parameters of broilersIn experiment 4, broilers(n=15) were used to evaluate the efficacy of dietary sodium diacetate on using ratio of feedstuff nutrient and some biochemical parameters. Boilers were randomly assigned to three treatments. There were five replicate broilers per treatment .All broilers had been watered freely and fed 50g at 9:0(K 16:00 respectively during fifteen-day trial period. The first treatment, basic feed; The second treatment, sodiumdiacetate was incorporated into diets at 2000mg/kg ;The third treatment sodium diacetatewas incorporated into diets at 4000mg/kg. The results shows that using ratio of CP, EE, CF, NFE , GE, Ca, P, organic have no significant difference (p>0.05) were observed among any treatments; LDH, GOT, AKP, GPT, -GT, TP, ALB, G, Ca, P, Na, K, RBC, Hb, PCV have no have no significant difference (p>0.05) .Experiment 4 effects of sodium diacetate on performance of weaned pigletsIn experiment 3, pigs(n=72,avg=7.22 1.12) weaned at 28 day (Durol Landrace Yorkshire) were used to evaluate the efficacy of dietary sodium diacetate on growth performance. Pigs were randomly allotted to three dietary treatments with 3 pens per treatments and 8 pigs per pen according to the initial body weight, litter and sex. Pigs were fed eithercorn-soybean with 2000mg/kgsodium diacetate based diets or diet supplemented with 2000mg/kg JingMeiWang or Luprosil salt in order to study the effect of sodium diacetate on the performance of wean piglets. All pigs had been fed and watered freely during forty-day trial period. Results suggested: the addition of sodium diacetate to the diets had no effects on intestinal microflora and growth performance. No significant difference (p>0.05) were observed among any treatments.
