The pharmacyoknetic showed that the concentration-time course of enroflxacin in plasma after intramuscular injection can be described by a two-compartment open model. The main pharmacoknetics parameters were as follows: T,/2 a 0.094h, T1/2B 7.03h, AUC 39 Mg/L.h, K12 3.59 h-1 , K21 3.69h-1.
