Tianfu meet ducklings were artificially infected with I type Remerella anatipestifer at 20 days of age for study on morphopathology, biochemical finding and immune function. The infected ducklings developed clinical symptom after one day and reached to the high peak of death after three day. There were many celluloses On tunica serosa of the infected ducklings. The heart, liver and spleen were enlarged. The thymus and bursa of Fabricius were atrophy . Histopathologically,Many Organs showed cellulose inflammation . The Mucosal epithelia of digestive organs was degenerated or necrosis. The cells of pancreas showed vacuolation and the renal tubule cell showed degenerated and focal necrosis. Lymphocytes of the thymus and bursa of Fabricius were significantly depleted. The serum calcium, natrium, blood sugar, Uric Acid,Cholesterol ,total protein and globulin contents and the lactate dehydrogenase and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase activities were much higher (P<0.01orP<0.05) .The serum kaiu, ferrohemoglobin and hematocrit were obviously decrease. At the same time, erythrocyte fragility was increased and erythrocyte sedimentation became fast. The ANAE positive rate of T lymphocytes cell in peripheral blood ,IgM and IgA contents were markedly increased .The RBC- C3bR and ICR rosette rate were singnificantly changed during the experiment Period. Results demonstrated that Remerella anatipestifer disease led many organs to be injured.
