Four parts were carried out to test limiting amino acids in Inner Mongolian Cashmere Goats.Parti A Study on amino acids flow and digestion in the small intestine of IMWCgoats fed basal dietTwelve growing INMCgoats,fitted with permanent cannulas in the rumen,at the proximal duodenum and terminal ileum were used to investigate amino acids flow and digestibilities in different sites of the digestive tract of IMWC goats fed the corn-soybean diet.The results showed the flow of SAA in the duodenum was 1.76g/d,but the digestibility of Met was 60%;the flow of TAA in the dudenum were about 55.11g/d,and average digestibility of amino acid in the small intestine was 70%.Part2.A Study on limiting amino acids of whole body of Inner MongolianCashmere Goats Expl Effect of amino acids infusion on amino acids flow and digestion in thesmall intestine of IMWC goats.Twelve growing INMCgoats,fitted with permanent cannulas in the rumen,at the proximal duodenum and terminal ileum were used to investigate amino acids flow and digestibility in different sites of the digestive tract of IMWC goats after amino acids infusion.Duodenally infused amount was based the amino acids flows in the small intestine of goats according to a incremental model.Amino acid mixtures were infused into the dudenum by removal of each amino acid in turn from the amino acids mixtures of corresponding control group(A:removal of Met;B:removal of His;C:removal of Arg; Dl, D2: control; E:removal of Ser;F:rerrloval of Cys).The results showed the disappearing of Cys in the small intestine were significantly decreased for removal of Met,Ser,Cys treatment.The average digestibility of amino acids in the small intestine was significantly decreased.The AABI of absorbable amino acids in the smallintestine were corresponding to 0.86, 0.79, 0.75, 0.85, 0.81, 0.75, 0.82 for A,B,C,D1,D2,E,F group respectively.Exp2 Effect of amino acids infusion on metabolism of Nitrogen in IMWC goats. Twelve growing INMCgoats,fitted with permanent cannulas in the rumen,at the proximal duodenum and terminal ileum were used to investigate metabolism of Nitrogen in IMWC goats after amino acids infusion.The treament of experiment was same as experiment l.The results showed ,compared with control groups,retained N(g/kgW?75)for removal of Met,His,Arg,Ser,Cys treatment was decreased by 29.07%, 20.45%, 51.76%, 54.25%,72.17%.Plasma urea Nitrogen (PUN)concentration of IMWC goats were increased after removal of amino acid,and the value of removal Met is highest.Free amino acids concerntration in plasma of goats were significantly affected after removal amino acid.The order of limiting amino acids was Cys,Ser,Arg,Met,His.PartS Study of limiting amino acid of cashmere in Inner Mongolian C ashmereGoats.Expl Effect of amino acids infusion on amino acids metabolism and FSR in skinof cashmere goats.Eighteen IMWC goats fitted with permanent cannulas at the proximal duodenum and fitted with permanent cannulas at the proximal duodenum and with two sides temporary carotid venous cathters and with the cathters were implanted in the descending lateral branches of the deep circumflex iliac artery(Al)and vein(V),A third catheter was implanted in the saphenous artery. The treament of experiment was same as experiment 1 of Part l.The results showed ,compared with control group ,there are not effects of amino acids infusion on skin PF in cashmere goats. The skin PF are corresponding to 0.978 ml/min , 1.081ml/min, 1.235ml/min,1.195ml/min, 0.884ml/min, 1.063ml/min for A,B,C,D,E,F group respectively. Met disappearing rate in the skin significant increased after Arg removal,but there is no significant effect on Cys disappearing rate.After Met removal, Cys disappearing rate in the skin signicant increased.Compared with control group.Cys removal did not effect Met disappearing rate in the skin,but Cys disappearing rate was significant increased, the FSRof skin were significantly decreased for removal Met and His group.So the limiting amino acid of cashmere maybe Met and His.
