Dendroclamopsis oldhamli, Dendroclamopsis beecheyana var.pubescens and Dendroclamopsis vario-striata are plants of wide usage, short growing cycle and wide accommodatkon. They also have high economic benefit, as well as social benefit and ecological benefit. The kinds of tree in the coastal shelter belt is singleness. The forest quality has declined, and exists that the second era renovates is difficulty. And the ability of selt-reproduced of the bamboo is strong. That the rhizomatous is mutual tortility is a perfect vegetation, the climate of southeast coastal is adapt to the growth of loamboos(D.oldhamH, D.beecheyana var.pubescens and D.vario-striata). D.oldhamti, D.beecheyana var.pubescens and D.vario-striat have not only economy benefit but also growth benefit. Because the bamboo shoot have hight-yield, abundant nutrition , marketable and the bamboo woods have high value in use. It often appears seasonal drought, and we must put up water stress , salt stress on the bamboos in order to solve the problem of resist salt and drought. We must mensursate the variety of physiological and chemistry, such as the content of chlorophyll, MDA, dissociate proline , the force of keep leave water , membrane relative permeability, photosynthesis, the variety of N, P, K, Na of the bamboo, the comparatively lamina water, wet saturation deficient, and so on. Concretely resultly as follows:(1) Under salt stress, with the time of salt stress and the intension of salt stress, the content of chlorophyll gradually declines. The descendant extent of salt stress management under 0.4% is less which up 0.4%. Under water stress, the content of chlorophyll declines evidently under the intension water stress. The chloroplast is less destroyed under the middle water stress than under the intention water stress, the content of chlorophyll is lower.(2) Under the salt stress, with the time of salt stress and the intension of salt stress, the content of MDA rise gradually. The content of MDA increases less under 0.4% than which up 0.4% increases gradually. Under water stress, the variety of MDA is affinity with the intension stress. The more the intention stress is, the higher the content MDA is. That shows the cell velum is heaviest damaged in the intention stress.(3) Under the salt stress, the content of dissociation proline augments gradually with the time of salt stress and the intension of salt stress. The content of dissociation proline increases less under 0.4% than which up 0.4% increases gradually. Under water stress, the same as under salt stress, increase both with the time of salt stress and the intension of salt stress.(4) The less the thickness of stress, the well of the force keeper water under salt stress. The bigger the thickness of stress, the worse the force keeper water. The shorter the time is, the well of the force keeper water; The longer the time is, the worse the force keeper water.The force keeper water declines less under 0.4% than which up 0.4%. Under water stress, the same as under salt stress, the bigger the thickness of stress, the smaller the force keeper water; opposition, the bigger the force keeper water.(5)Under salt stress, the variety law of membrane permeability is the same as dissociation proline. The bigger the intention stress, the more the cell velum is destroyed and the bigger membrane permeability, contrarily, the smaller membrane permeability. Under water stress, the stronger the intense stress, the bigger the membrane permeability is.(6) Under salt stress, the net photosynthesis speed declined with the stronger the intense stress; which is unlikeliness in different season. The net photosynthesis speed is the biggest in the August and the smallness in the may. Under water stress, the net photosynthesis speed of D.oldhamli is biggest, and which of D.vario-striata is the least.
