This paper mainly studies the genetic diversity of aspen hybrid clones using SSR molecular marker through 5 primer.The results got by Popgenl .3 1 shows as follows:(1) The genetic diversity of hybrid aspen by SSR(1) The percentage of polymorphic loci is 100%,The average number of allele is 4.4,the observednumber of alleles of PTR7 is the most,and that of PTR12 is the least. (2) The mean of Shannon index of loci is 1.2159, the Shannon index of PTR7 is the highestand that ofPTR5 is the lowest. (3) The genetic diversity of Populus .tremulaxP.tremuloides is the highest .and that of P. davidianaxP.tremuloides is the lowest, evaluated by Shannon index and Nei expected heterozygosity. (4) Dendrogram of genetic relationship demonstrates that P.tremula x P.tremuloides and P.tremula are clustered, firstly, then P.davidianaxP.tremuloides are clustered, finally ,P.davidiana are clustered.(2) The genetic diversity of hybrid aspen( P.tremula x P.tremuloides) in different breeding region by SSR(1) The average number of allele is 4.2.the observed number of alleles of PTR7 is the most, and that of PTR12 is least.(2) The mean of Shannon index of loci is 1.1032, the Shannon index of PTR7 is the highest,and that of PTR5 is the lowest;The genetic diversity of P.tremula x P.tremuloides in the central Finland is thehighest,and that of it in the Northern Finland is the lowest.(3) Dendrogram of genetic relationship demonstrates that Southern and Central are clustered, then Northern clustered.(3 )The genetic diversity of P. davidianaxP.tremuloides and P. davidiana by SSR(1) The average number of allele is 3.8,the observed number of alleies of PTR2 is the most, and thatof PTR14 is least.(2) The mean of Shannon index of loci is 1.0965, the Shannon index of PTR2 is the highest.and that of PTR14 is the lowest. The genetic diversity of P. davidiana in XiaoXingAnLing is the highest, and that of P. davidiana x P.tremuloides in Zhangguangcailing is the lowest. (3) Dendrogram of genetic relationship demonstrates that two P.davidianaxP.tremuloides are clustered,then P.davidiana are clustered.This study will indentify the genetic variation,geneticdiversity and genetic relationship of aspen and aspen hybrid.lt will give useful help to introduce varites, Germ plasma resources and cross- breeding.So, this study is very significant.
