Two pairs of disease-resistant varieties "Am4/87-1//京 411*5", "Brock/015// 京 411*2" and the sensitive parent Jing 411 were using as experimental materials by RAPD and SSR molecular markers technique . The result showed that differential RAPD fragment OPP15-A917 and Differential SSR fragment Xgwm114-A116 were identified in "Am4/87-1//京 411*5", also Differential RAPD fragment OPP15-A917 and Differential SSR fragment Xgwmll4-A116 were identified in "Brock/015//京 411*2" .The four fragments were cloned, sequenced and homology analysised .The results showed that both of OPP15-A917, OPP15-B917 have 95% homology with that of the triticum aestivum cy tosolic acetyl-CoA carboxylase Acc-2,2 gene in some region; there are 3 base pairs difference between the two fragments in sequence : G(141), A (338), C (376) of OPP15-A917, C (141), G (338), T (376) of OPP15-B917; while the two sequence of SSR differential fragments were the same, which were named in common of Xgwm 114-116 . It is proved that OPP15-B917 link to the powdery mildew resistance gene with genetic distance of 8.8 cM; while Xgwm 114-116 was also proved to link to the powdery mildew resistance gene with genetic distance of 13.9 cM .
