This paper study the effects of different soil water and manure conditions on the growth of pot-cultivated tomato with organic fertilization, in order to save the water of Beijing. The hight of plant, length of root, yield and the Vc, protein, amino acids of the fruid are analyzed in experiments. The content of this paper includes: (1) the effects of organic manure to the growth of tomato; (2) the effects of soil water to the photosynthesis of tomato; (3) the perfect dosage of soil water and organic manure with Organic Fertilization; (4) Regressive Estimation of Tomato Leaf Area Using leaf length, leaf width and leaf position. The results indicated that:1. In the condition of 40%~55% 0 f, Using EGA 250g every tomato is good to the growth of tomato the height of plant the length, area, volume of root, chlorophyll, fruit width, fruit number, tomato yield will increase sharply.2. At the uprightness dimension, with the descents of the leaf position, the Photosynthesis distributes at U; the transpiration and the stomatal conductance distributes at M; the results indicated that the photosynthesis and stomatal behavior is prominence at the second and third leaves3. The condition of 70-85% 9 f is good to the growth of tomato. The condition of 40-55%, 55-70% θ is devoid of soil water, and the growth is not right. In the condition of 85-100% θ f the root of tomato is hurt, and the growth is not good.4. Using BGA 250g every tomato is good to the quality of tomato. The Vc, sugar, protein, organic acids, amino acid will increase, the current is nakedness in the condition of 40-55%.5. The new Regressive Estimation of Tomato Leaf Area is better than the Regressive Estimation of Tomato Leaf Area using leaf length, leaf width, during seedling and flower stage, the error will decrease 12%, During fruit stage, the error will decrease 11%.
