The Scale Of Hunan Province Immune Result Of Foot-and-mouth Disease Of Pig Farm Is Monitored And Appraised And Purified The Discussion

Abstract Foot - and - mouth disease is the most important animal epidemic disease. In order to prevent this disease, we did some experment such as testing of immunity effect of foot-and-mouth disease, chosing the best immunity program of foot-and-mouth disease and validating the method of elimilating foot-and-mouth disease though swingery.We checked 660 samples of 33 immunity swingery by the kits of protein of foot -and-mouth. The results show that there are 27 immunity swingery which have antbody of VPl in their body and the average ratio is the level under that we expect.We compared four immunity program by ELISA kits. The best program is that inoculating the bacterin of foot-and-mouth in 35d, 70d, 120d with dose of 2ml, 4ml, 6ml.We checked 796 samples of 40 swingery by the kits of NS protein of foot-and-mouth disease virus. The results show that this kind of kits can be used to decontaminate swingery wich infected foot-and-mouth disease .
